Our 30-day return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the receipt of the purchased product. If more than 30 days have passed since the receipt of your purchased product, we will not offer you a refund under our 30-day return policy.
The date you received the product will be determined via your CuratedbyChessie.com order number and tracking delivery information on record.
All returns or exchanges must be approved in advance before any returned products can be shipped to us.
We will provide the shipping address via email once approved.
Terms and Conditions of our return policy are subject to change at any time. Please refer to this page at the time of your return to make sure you are complying with the most current version of our policy.
To be eligible for a return, we prefer your item be unused and in the same condition that you received it, however, our return policy will cover a used product as long as it has not been damaged or does not have signs of excessive wear and tear for a product less than 30 days old.

If the packaging has been opened: please include photos of the product and the packaging in its current condition and the reason why you wish to return the product.

Customers may be responsible for arranging shipping and any shipping costs related to returning the merchandise based on the condition of the product and where the product was purchased. Whether or not we provide you with pre-paid shipping labels will be determined by us on a case by case basis.
To complete your return, we require a website order number or confirmation email or a receipt or some proof of purchase that we deem valid.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged not due to our error.
* Original packaging is missing or destroyed which resulted in damage during the return.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase
If you need to exchange your item, send us an email with photos of the product and the packaging in its current condition and the reason why you wish to exchange the product at Support@CuratedbyChessie.com.
Upon approval of the exchange, a provision of a pre-paid shipping label (if applicable) will be made.
We recommend you purchase Shipping Insurance!
If you are shipping an item at your own cost and the value of that item is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we receive the returned item we’ll notify you via email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of either the approval, partial approval, or rejection and the reason. If you are approved, or partially approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days. If your original payment method is no longer valid a store credit or check could be sent in lieu at our discretion.
If you purchase genuine Curated by Chessie products on any 3rd party website other than CuratedbyChessie.com the return policy of that website will apply, not the one defined on this page.
If you purchase authentic Curated by Chessie products at an authorized dealer storefront, we ask that you return your product to the store you purchased it. If for any reason you have a receipt for the purchase and our 30-day return policy is not honored at the store, contact us at Support@CuratedbyChessie.com and attach a scan or photo of your receipt, a photo of the merchandise you wish to return, and the name and address of the store that did not honor the 30-day return policy.
